Great little hotel with an indoor pool. Took the grandkids there for a staycation. Room was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed here another time before a flight to MacArthur. It is only about 2 miles from the airport.

Have stayed numerous times and asked why tv guide stations do not match stations in reality-no answer, no comment. Example-show on channel 2 is actually on channel 31. By the time you find the show and it’s correct station, it’s partly over or most certainly the beginning is long past. It’s not like I spend all day in the room, but after a busy day, it would be nice to watch something I like and spend half the show time trying to find out what station it’s actually on. This has been going on for at least 3 years and it’s obvious the hotel doesn’t give a crap! Also, the hot water takes so long to get to room, I have plenty of time to undress, get other clothes out, turn on the worthless TV, and still find the water is only lukewarm. I love the convenience of it’s local and the people are very helpful, the the managements “customers be damned” attitude, has about terminated by future stays. If frustration is what you like after a busy day-this is your kind of place!

The absolute worst hotel. But they know you don’t have choices for accommodations in the area. So they don’t care or bother. Had the unfortunate stay because a wedding I was attending used this place for booking accommodations. The front desk personnel are rude, unhelpful, do not accommodate the simplest request. I’m currently here and there are unaccompanied children running around our floor for hours all night. Banging on the doors, screaming. Several phone call complaints to the front were never addressed. No one ever came up to check on the situation. There is no security at this hotel. So if you want to overpay for a crappy stay. Have at it. They offer a free crappy breakfast. There isn’t a single positive thing I can say about this dump.

Refused to let my son checkin for a 2 night stay because he only had my credit card even though the room was prepaid and I was on the phone with the front desk to vouch for the card. Thank god he was able to find a Marriott and get a room with my credit card with no problem otherwise he would had nowhere to go after a 6 hour drive from PA. Not only did they put my son at risk, the Hampton Inn also refused to credit me for the stay claiming he was a no show. Their manager was hostile, rude and nasty. I also escalated the issue to Expedia and Hilton (parent co of Hampton Inn) and Hilton finally agreed to credit me but only for 1 night. I will not be staying at any Hilton property or using Expedia in the future. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Awful hotel. Poorly run. Employees do drugs, are rude, management could not care less. Michael Mullaney the GM is an absolute garbage person who treats staff like crap. Commack Motor Inn would be a better choice.
